These terms of use apply to the services which are provided by Ambiance of Africa: www.ambiance-of-africa.co.uk, (refered in these terms as "Ambiance of Africa","our", "us", "we") to a user of the website www.ambiance-of-africa.co.uk (the "Site") and any orders for services which are made using the site. Any references in these terms and condition to "you"/"your" or "customer" refer to a user of the site (including any party who places an order via the site).

GOODS AND SERVICES
We offer products for sale to the customer, sourced from different parts of the African continent including Art, Artifacts, clothing and accessories, home decor, gifts, musical instruments, bath and body products. Our fashion brand Ambiance Couture by A J Maju offers high quality limited edition ready-to-wear and bespoke fashion wear produced by designer Adama Maju and her team.
YOUR CONTRACT WITH US
You may order products listed on our website, for supply at a later time, by e-mail or through our website. In doing so, you will be accepting our offer to supply the products ordered subject to these Terms. No offer will have been open to your acceptance if we have notified you that we will not accept you order(s). Upon receipt of your order, a confirmation of the offer will be sent to you. We may cancel a contract at any time without being required to give you a reason including without limit in circumstances in which you are in arrears in relation to payment for any goods previously supplied by us.

QUALITY AND DESCRIPTION
The quantity of products to be purchased will be set out in your order and sales will be by description not sample. The description of the products to be supplied shall be as set in our catalogue or our Website at the time the contract is formed. The products will comply with their description. However, while we endeavour to show items as accurately as possible and to provide accurate dimensions, products delivered may differ in colour. Dimensions provided are approximate only and occasionally, we may make mistakes.

PRICES
The price for the products ordered from our website shall be the price set out on our website. The prices of goods offered shall be inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but exclusive of delivery charges (order than for orders for which free delivery applies) and other services. From time to time, prices of items published on our website may differ from prices offered at the same time in our stockists' store or in our catalogues. We make every effort to ensure that prices shown are accurate when you place your order. In case of pricing errors on our site, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you of the mistake within 48 hours of your order being placed and will give you the option to cancel if you do not wish to proceed with your order. If within 7 days of receiving your items a price error is found in respect of any product ordered, we will offer you the option of cancelling and returning the item for a refund of the price paid for that particular item or placing a new order for the item at the amended price. We reserve the right to change prices on our website at any time without notice to you.
PAYMENT
We only accept payment in Pound Sterling by PayPal or by credit or debit card through PayPal. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, payment for the offered products and cost of shipment must be made in advance.
AVAILABILITY
We try our best to ensure that all items on our Site are in stock. If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that product or that we refund any payment charged in error for an unavailable item. We will let you know as soon as possible if any item in particular, is out of stock or unavailable for purchase. To ensure availability of all our products, we may place restrictions on how many units of a particular product you can order at a time. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale for any reason.
DELIVERY
Your Order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. You will receive an e-mail once your order has been dispatched. How fast your product arrives will depend on the shipping method you choose when you checkout. Your order will be delivered any time between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you are not around to take a delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card informing you how to rearrange your delivery.

RETURNS
In the unlikely event that your are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 working days of the date it was delivered to you, for an exchange of product or a full refund provided that it is return unused and in its original packaging. Where products are returned in accordance with the above terms, any previously agreed discount which apply to the whole of the order will no longer apply. Any such discount will be deducted from your refund and any balance will be invoiced to you for immediate payment.
Refunds are returned via the same method used to pay once the product is received back from the customer. Please note that only the cost of product is refunded and delivery charge can not be refunded.
Money Back Guarantee: Please note that the right to return in accordance to the above covers the vast majority but does not apply to all of our products. Products which are covered are clearly identified on our website. Please read the full product descriptions for exceptions.
When organizing a refund, we strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier or special delivery so that you have proof of delivery back to us. Please note that the return of goods to us will be at your cost.
